If a User is made aware of communications that allegedly do not comply with any of the terms of this Agreement, VITASHOP may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. The Company has no liability to Users for performance or non-performance of such activities. VITASHOP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to expel users and prevent their further access to the Website for violating this Agreement or the law. VITASHOP also reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary or deemed advisable to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, at the sole discretion of VITASHOP.
