Delivery times depend on location. Each delivery comes with a tracking number and requires the customer's signature. The processing time is 3 days to proceed with the delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and Refund Policy

To return your product, you must email us at vitayohimbe@yahoo.com  in order to provide you with the return address.
You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs to return the item. Delivery and insurance costs are non-refundable: Indeed, if you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted from it. A shipping service and tracking number must be used for all of your coverage/warranty. 

Return

Our return policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase and the item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 2-4 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Regarding bank transfers, it always takes some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven't received your refund yet, contact your bank account first about the refund/transfer. Then, if the bank cannot help you, contact us at vitayohimbe@yahoo.com in order to give you further assistance.
