PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) is present in foods such as cereals, eggs, milk and meat. It is a folic acid precursor that can be used by our gut microbiota to produce folic acid. PABA can also help cells fight oxidative stress.
Suggested use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably at mealtime.
