Not all fish oils are the same

NOW Omega-3 fish oils originate from Peru and come primarily from sardines, anchovies and mackerel. NOW's ingredients are molecularly distilled, which means they have been tested to ensure they do not contain potentially harmful levels of contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals, as many fish are exposed to such toxic chemicals.
