Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with food, preferably with meals.
We strongly recommend taking this product with a source of essential fatty acids such as NOW® Flaxseed Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Borage Oil or Omega-3 Fish Oil.
