Vitamin B-1, also known as thiamin, is a member of the B vitamin family found naturally in grains, beans, nuts, eggs and meat. Thiamine is involved in many bodily mechanisms such as the functioning of the nervous system and muscles, the flow of electrolytes into and out of nerve and muscle cells, the metabolism of carbohydrates, and the production of hydrochloric acid, which is necessary for proper digestion.
Suggested use
