Each capsule provides over 500 million viable organisms** intended to provide nutritive support for the establishment and maintenance of a favorable intestinal flora. Four bacterial strains are present in the freeze-dried state: L. Acidophilus, L. Bulgaricus, S. Thermophilus and B. Bifidum.

Directions
Directions: Take 1 capsule 1/2 to 1 hour before each meal. May take up to 6 capsules per day. Do not take within 2 hours of taking antibiotics. Keep refrigerated.
